We offer computer, laptop, tablet, phone, and game console sales, repairs, upgrades, and related technical support. Services may be performed in-store, on-site, remotely, or through mail-in service.
3. Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other approved payment methods.

4. Estimates & Deposits

Estimates are provided based on the information available at the time and may change after further inspection.

Certain repairs or special orders may require a non-refundable deposit before work begins.
5. Customer Data & Privacy

You are solely responsible for backing up your data before service. We are not responsible for data loss, corruption, or recovery unless agreed upon in writing.

6. Repairs & Warranty

We will perform repairs and services to the best of our ability using quality parts.

Warranty coverage varies:

New Products: Covered by manufacturer’s warranty.

Refurbished Products: 90-day PC Planet warranty unless stated otherwise.

Repairs: 30-day limited warranty on parts and labor unless otherwise stated.

Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or subsequent failures unrelated to the original repair.
7. Abandoned Items
Devices left unclaimed for 30 days after service completion or notification will be considered abandoned and may be recycled, resold, or disposed of.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PC Planet LLC shall not be liable for:

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Loss of data or software

Loss of business, revenue, or profits
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service or product.
9. Returns & Refunds

Unopened items may be returned within 14 days with proof of purchase.

Opened items, special orders, software, and used electronics are non-refundable unless defective and covered by warranty.

Labor charges are non-refundable.
10. Remote Services
By requesting remote support, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks of granting remote access to your device. We are not responsible for issues that occur outside of the agreed service scope.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website and effective immediately upon posting.
